2. Subscriptions
- Subscription billing and renewal are handled by the selected payment provider.
- If you believe a subscription charge is incorrect, please contact us at support@clipshort.live with your order number.
- Where required by applicable law, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
3. Coin Packages (Virtual Goods)
- Coin purchases are virtual goods and are generally non-refundable once credited to your account.
- In exceptional cases (duplicate charge, unauthorized charge, technical failure), we will review your request and provide a resolution based on evidence and applicable law.
4. How to Request a Refund Review

- Order number / transaction ID
- Payment method
- Issue description and relevant screenshots
